Mats and Raf born!!

On May 31st at 11:24 & 11:26 my two handsome boys, Mats and Raf, were born after a pregnancy of 36.3 weeks!

Due to pregnancy-induced hypertension, they were both delivered via C-section because of breech positions. Mats weighs 2370 grams and Raf weighs 2135 grams, and they're doing wonderfully! Unfortunately, they still need to stay in the neonatal unit for a little while longer.

I'm allowed to go home today after a month (!!!!) in the hospital, and I hope to take my handsome boys home soon!

    Mandy, you can go home! That's great. Only too bad the boys can't come with you yet. Do you live near the hospital so you can visit them often?
    Is it actually 1 or 2 eggs? We probably talked about it in the June forum once, but I don't remember anymore.

    Indeed quite disappointing, but it's for a good cause! It's a one-egg twin and I can't tell them apart anymore!

    Hihi no right? I always wondered if parents just see that as soon as their babies are born! But not so! How do you guys do it then?

    Waterproof marker? ;-) They have a wristband in the hospital, maybe we should keep that in there!

    Congratulations again!! Hope your boys are with you soon and I’m so looking forward to a photo of your men!! How nice to have a one-egg twin!! Hope that when your men are home, you’ll feel like you’re on that pink cloud... it’s your right!
