I'm now 13 weeks pregnant!!!
And now I was wondering if you're still allowed to dye your hair???

First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy!
It seems it's not as harmful as people thought. Brabbels wrote a good article about it. You can find it under the pregnancy section. Personally, I'd reduce it a bit during pregnancy, so maybe go for something like a washable color rinse instead, since it's still chemicals being added to your body, but that's everyone's choice

The hair dyes nowadays are absolutely not as harmful anymore. Unless you go for bleaching.
And it's about how, due to hormonal changes, your desired hair dye color might turn out a bit different. If you have a lot of yellow pigment, you might get a yellowish/orange tint in your coloring faster.
Try to get a dye without ammonia.
Better go for a slightly more natural dye with oil or something like that ;-)
