Hi ladies!

This is my first pregnancy and I was wondering how many outfits you actually need...
Onesies and pajamas in size 50...
And size 56?

Does anyone have advice?!

Size 50 isn't that big, actually. Most babies fit into size 56 pretty quickly. I'd wait for the estimated due date from the growth scans at your appointments—they usually give a good estimate of weight/length, so then you'll know if your baby will fit into size 50.

We had quite a lot of clothes (mostly size 56 or combo sizes 50/56) because they often have blowouts in the first few days and can spit up their food. On the other hand, you can always wash clothes every day—it just depends on how much you want to spend. I got bags full of size 50 and 56 from a friend, but they didn't even wear half of it.

I had a few sets in size 50 (6 or so) and the rest in the combo size.
For us, size 56 was still too big for the first two weeks!

    Thanks, ladies, for the responses.

    It’s sometimes a bit of a search, isn’t it.

Got a few sets in size 50/56 for the first one; the rest came from grandma, grandpa, siblings, family, and friends. The little one really outgrew size 50 pretty quickly. Now pregnant with the second, I still have tons of neutral clothes and stuff from the first, and I’m already getting new clothes and onesies again!!
