who else is starting in June?

Hey ladies!

We're going to start trying in 3 weeks to give our big kid of a son, who's 6, a little brother or sister. So excited again and really looking forward to it! :-D

First, we need to create an extra room, but that'll work out fine.

Who else is due in June? Is it your first or second?

Hope to chat and support each other in tough times and cheer each other on in good times in the coming weeks!

    Hi 2nd Hummel,

    That's so nice... we also have a son who's almost 6 and I'm now almost 19 weeks pregnant with the 2nd.
    I can imagine you're really looking forward to having another little one after such a long time, hihi... I felt the same.
    Hope it happens quickly for you!!
    Was it also a conscious choice to have such a long gap? We had hoped for about 4 years, but now looking back, I'm really enjoying it. My son is very understanding now that I'm pregnant and thinks it's awesome that he's going to be a real BIG brother, and he can already do a lot on his own... it really does help...

    Hi hi

    Yes, I find it super exciting. We wanted to stick with just one at first, but yeah, the urge started creeping back in hihi. I'm also really glad there's such a big gap between them because it's only easier with the oldest going to school, so all the time for number two. Indeed, our oldest can do a lot too and keeps whining for a brother or sister. Hopefully his wish will come true, but we'll have to wait and see if there's another miracle in store for us. For now, there's the renovation going on; they're adding an extra room because we only have 2 bedrooms :-/ They're starting that next week.

    ooh... how exciting it all is.. well, lots of luck with the renovation and getting pregnant, hope you'll have some good news soon!!
    And I find it nice to chat anyway because we both have an older child!

    Well, hahaha... I'll let you know a bit more soon.
    We have another move coming up right before the birth.
    About a year and a half ago, we sold our house and bought another one that we couldn't move into yet, so we've been living in a small flat for a while now.
    We're aiming to move in there in July or August... otherwise, I'll just keep working normally, mornings still, until my maternity leave starts.
    So yeah, I'm also super busy before the second little one arrives, hehe..

    Here's another one starting in June for a second child! We already have a son who's 17 months old.
