Hi, what a lovely name for a girl! But I'm not sure if Joss will make people pronounce it the English way. Honestly, I think they'd rather pronounce it as Jos, and that doesn't seem nice for your little girl! Why don't you want Josh as a girl's name? It's quite tough!
I know a boy named Sasha, you write his name without a "c". But that might be personal? I'd Google it!

Oh yeah, the woman behind Supertrash is also called Josh! I think that's really cool for a lady

I'd go for Josh and Sacha!
I see online that Joss is also used as a boy's name.
Then I'd rather choose for clarity in pronunciation than in gender.
More and more names are now both boy's and girl's names nowadays.
We also struggled with that dilemma.
    Good luck with choosing!

I'd go for Josh because it kind of forces people to pronounce it in the English way.
For girls, Sasha without the C in between

I'd also go for Josh. I think Sasha is an ugly name, sorry, totally not my taste. Josh, on the other hand, I find a beautiful, strong, real boy's name. I also think Sasha sounds way too soft for a boy, definitely not a boy's name, but tastes differ of course. Lots of luck with your baby.

Oh sorry, I read it wrong. I didn't see that it was for a daughter. Then I would make it Josselijn or Joselin. What do you think of those? I don't think either name is suitable for a girl. I don't know if you find them pretty, but I would personally go with Joselin. Then she can always shorten it to Josh later on.

    My daughter's name is Djosh.
Also inspired by Joss Stone, but I deliberately made it Djosh because people tend to pronounce what they read. Only my dad calls her Josje, but whatever, that's fine. Otherwise, it's always pronounced correctly. By the way, she's currently the only girl in the Netherlands with that name.

Definitely Sasha without a c in between....
I happen to know two incredibly brave girls named Sacha.... ;-)
For a boy, I do find it a bit soft indeed...
