Really need advice, combination of 2 names

Hi!
I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant and still haven't picked a name for our little girl. We can't decide between Maya and Alyssa. What do you think of the name Maïssa? (a bit of Maya and a bit of Alyssa)

I always find names with accents (so in this case ï) tricky when it comes to spelling.
I think Malyssa sounds nicer.

I don't think Maissa is really a great combo... Malyssa might be nicer, yes...

can't you just make it first name and second name instead of a combination?
