Hi ladies,

Maybe you can relate to this!

I stopped the pill on January 1st. After 35 days, I got my period for the first time, and the second time came after 29 days. Now I'm on day 40 of my cycle, and my Kruidvat tests keep coming up negative! Can I be pregnant, or is it normal for my cycle to be this long? I feel like I'm convincing myself of my symptoms (I've been quite nauseous for over two weeks, period cramps, sore nipples).

Who can advise?

Best, esyher

It's possible that your cycle is longer now, longer than 40 days. Try waiting a bit more, and if not, go to your GP to get a blood test—that way you'll be sure!
It can take up to 6 months for your pills to wear off, so that's normal somewhere...
I hope you're just pregnant, of course, and that there wasn't enough hormone in your urine yet...
