Getting pregnant

Hey, my boyfriend and I are trying to get pregnant. But his sperm always leaks out of my vagina—almost all of it comes back out. How can we prevent this and still get pregnant?

    Hi Dana, the option is a bit weird, but putting a pillow under your hips and hanging your legs in the air for 10 mins will at least keep it in place and make it easier to pass xx

    Hey, yeah, I already did that, legs up in the air. But once I stand up, it still drips out. Although it wasn't for 10 minutes.

    I don't think everything will come out.. There will always be something left behind, the fast swimmers and you really need those
    Something always comes out for me too, but don't worry about it..
    Once I've set my rules, no one's allowed to mess around, I just don't find that pleasant. Of course, my husband sometimes has the urge, and then I just pull him away.. When you see how much sperm comes out and compare it to what comes out of me, I'm sure that not everything comes out of me The amount can vary sometimes and it's a bit hard to compare, but I wouldn't worry about it.
