Getting pregnant

Hey everyone, I have a question. When my boyfriend and I have sex and he ejaculates, his semen almost always comes out of my vagina. It's a bit of a weird question, but how can we prevent this? And can I still get pregnant even if the semen comes out?

You can't really prevent it, but what you could do is place a pillow under your hips to tilt your pelvis so it doesn't leak out as quickly. But even if it does leak out, that doesn't mean you can't get pregnant!
