yes or no pregnancy line

Hi,
I took a test yesterday. With the naked eye, it seems like something is happening in the first window. Since it wasn't completely clear, I also took a negative photo of it, and there seems to be a very faint line visible, or maybe it just looks like that. The line wasn't clearly pink or anything.
I don't have a big desire to get pregnant, but lately it felt like I was showing some symptoms. My period was much lighter than usual and came 3 days late.
I took the test because I'm starting a heavy course of antibiotics soon, where you have to test beforehand to make sure you're not pregnant because otherwise it ends in a miscarriage 100%.
When I took the test, I had drunk a lot.
