Self-tanning spray

Hi, I have a quick question...
I'm getting married on April 5th and since I'll be wearing a short dress, I'd like to have some color. Does anyone know if you're allowed to use those spray booths where you get tanned with self-tanner?
Tanning beds are not allowed, and I'm not sure I dare to apply self-tanner myself because I've never done it before and don't want to end up looking like a carrot or a zebra

Thanks!!

I believe it's totally doable. I even had myself waxed when I was 40 weeks pregnant, so I don't think it'll be a problem.

Have a great time and good luck with your upcoming wedding!

    Hey Anoniempje!

Thanks for your reply I asked my OB-GYN and she didn't really know because no one had ever asked her that before, but she also assumes it's harmless unless there are really strong fumes, but I think that's probably not too bad, otherwise they wouldn't allow it, I suppose. I'll ask the salon directly just to be sure, they should know...

I think it’s indeed due to the chemicals in it that are released. Just ask the salon that does it.

I wouldn't do it personally, it's just a lot of chemical junk that nobody really knows exactly what it does.

Yeah, I don't know for sure. So far, I still have a bit of a tan from my vacation. If I still have this tan in a little over a month, I won't do anything at all, so I hope I stay a bit bronzed

I got married on March 1st myself and wanted a spray tan too... I'm now 15 weeks pregnant. The salon advised me against it though, so I just didn't do it...

    Thanks Joyce,
I didn't do it either, didn't trust it...
