Can't log in anymore!!

Hi everyone,
I have a big problem: I can't log in anymore on my PC.
I didn't remember my password anymore to access the site online via my phone because it was broken and fully reset. So I created a new password. But now I can't get online via my PC even though I'm sure the password is correct! I wrote it down so I wouldn't forget it.
I've already requested a new password 2-3 times, but I don't receive any email with it!!
It's quite annoying because now I can't read everything except via my phone, but it's so hard to reply to everything there...

Yes, I got the name -Dreams can come treu-- on my phone because that was my first name. But I changed it to Mommy-Of-Nyana.
I've tried all combinations with both names... but nothing works
Only my phone still works.
