    I think it sounds really nice when you say it like Phil-au, but Phil-oe feels a bit less appealing to me, though it's still a very distinct and original name.

    Nice! The downside I see is that your child will always have to spell their name, but well, that's not necessarily a big deal. And to make it tricky: I actually like it if it sounds like Phil-oe! Nice and punchy!
