Hi!

I stopped the pill in October 2012. I didn’t get my period for two months after that. Several GP visits showed that due to long-term pill use, my cycle needed to be restarted.
So I got my period on January 1, 2013. Assuming a cycle lasts 28 days, I’m now 3 days late.
We really want a baby, and now I’m wondering what to do. Because the desire is so strong, I’m also afraid of disappointment if a test comes back negative.
Help me!!!

    Hi Ster,

    I completely understand why you're hesitant to test, but whether you test or not, the disappointment will be the same if you get your period soon. You're not protecting yourself by not testing.

    I'd quickly run to the Etos and take a test. Then you'll know for sure, and just imagine if you were pregnant. Wouldn't you want to know?

    I'm with Lieve now! You'd be better off taking a test and knowing for sure than just worrying about it—you won't be happy that way anyway, right? I'd take a test and I'm hoping and crossing my fingers for you that it's positive!!

    Aaah why are men so cold! Since I have to work, I asked my boyfriend to pick up a test, especially because carnival is coming up for us. And what do I get as an answer? "Yeah, yeah, it'll happen! Can also do it tomorrow!" Aaaahhhhh, it's enough to drive you crazy!!!
