Scared of disappointment

I have a normal cycle and have been on the pill since October/November.
Always got my period on time.
The first week of January I had a 2.5-day bleed (period).
Found it quite short compared to what I'm used to, but okay.
Had sex on Sunday.
And then on Thursday, suddenly a few days of old blood, no red tint (sorry for the details).
Since today I've had some stomach pain and feel nauseous.
I'm also worried it might be between my ears and I might get disappointed.
