Suddenly 5 days overdue

Hi everyone,
I just found out today that I'm already 5 days overdue. I was literally blown away.
After giving birth to my son 16 months ago, I haven't used the pill or any other contraception.
I started counting today because I've had severe lower back pain for 3 days now, and when I count back, it feels like I might have been pregnant 4 or 5 days ago, but that feeling didn't continue. Otherwise, no other symptoms at all. Except when I look in the mirror, I don't even recognize myself.
Does anyone recognize these symptoms??
