who can help me now!??

Hi everyone,
I have a question. I was just at a birthday party and was standing still in the kitchen when suddenly I felt a drip, like I had peed in my pants, so I went to the toilet and found my underwear wet with some white discharge... Now I don't know if it's urine or not, it's completely clear... I'm 36 weeks pregnant. What do you think it is, or what would you do now?! Could it be my water breaking, or does that come with a "splash" of fluid?
Sorry, but I'm a bit confused. Hope someone can help me.
