This is so special!

I'm 25 weeks pregnant now and have been feeling the baby kick every day since last week. Sometimes it's so 'hard' that I can barely sleep from it, it's so special. Since yesterday, OH could even hear the heartbeat already.

Of course it's quite normal to feel that, but I just wanted to share it anyway (:

Also, something else that might be special: at 25 weeks, I've only gained 2-3 kg so far. I don't even come close to the 2000 calories per day norm (usually still under 1000), but the baby is growing well and I feel fine too (: Still no real belly yet, and I could still easily hide it if I wanted to. VK almost did a little dance of joy.. (when she saw that the baby is still growing well)

Congratulations! And that's super, right! Well, what you're saying is normal, I guess... it just remains special and never really becomes normal;-)
I'm pregnant with my 3rd now, but even then, when I felt this little one move and saw it moving, it felt like I was pregnant with the first one again. I was so hyper and happy, screaming at my friend haha
Enjoy it, it's lovely.....super that your baby is growing well... I'm at 26 weeks pregnant now and still don't have a huge belly, even though it's the 3rd....with the previous one, I also had a modest bump...:-)
I've gained 11 kg so far...
Just enjoy it, it's so beautiful!!!:-)
    Have a nice pregnancy ahead!!

Thank you! I felt something here and there from 13 weeks on, but I thought it was my intestines. From 18 weeks, I really started feeling kicks now and then! And now it's every day, so nice!

Congratulations! It's great that you're feeling so well and that everything is going well with your baby.

You haven't gained much weight, indeed. Are you consciously eating so little? Because less than 1000 calories is really quite little, or am I seeing that wrong? I recently read somewhere that it's a trend (in America) to gain as little weight as possible during pregnancy, which is why I'm asking.

    Good luck and enjoy it!

    Kind regards, Dani

It's indeed very little, but I just can't (or find it hard) to eat more. I always eat until I'm full, and then it usually turns out to be no more than 1000.

First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy
    Is this your first baby?
It's nice, isn't it? Those first kicks are such a special feeling Here, it's our first child too, and just like you, I could feel our little one at 13 weeks. I felt her very clearly, and at 16-17 weeks, the dad could see her kicking and feel her kicking too...
But it remains every day a special feeling with those little kicks...
Enjoy it, because before you know it, you'll miss them because it goes by so fast!!!

Lots of love and good luck with your pregnancy, and especially enjoy it
