Feeding
Moving to solid foods with the Rapley method/baby-led weaning
jswertva
Now that we've started introducing solid foods, we'd like our 7-month-old son to eat with us what we're eating. So we're using the Baby-Led Weaning method. That works well when we cook ourselves, but when we're out and about or want to eat something ready-made, we run into the problem of too much salt in the food. So we're cooking more at home now... but finding the time and energy for that remains difficult. (Especially when you also want to offer local and varied food.)
Does anyone else have experience with this? And what do you do about it?
