Positive ovulation test, man is sick

I had a positive ovulation test this morning (Oct 2). I had sex last night (Oct 1) and Wednesday night (Sept 29). Unfortunately, my husband has the stomach flu today, so no more sex for now. Do I still have a good chance of conceiving?
