Hi moms,
We're out and would really like a 2nd child
Our first girl is now 3 years and 2 months old.
We're going to try for a 2nd one this coming summer. Then she'll be 4 years old.
Are there any moms who also have a sibling age difference? How is your sibling relationship?
Why so late? Because as a mom, I thought for a long time whether I could handle it... we actually have a beautiful daughter, never been difficult, really a dream baby, now a toddler. Many moms go for a 2nd one quickly so they have a lot in common as kids. But if you're not completely ready as a mom, I didn't think it was a good idea at that time. You need to be 100% there for your family..
We're going for a 2nd because we're both only children and if we ever pass away, we don't want her to be left alone. Of course, this isn't the only reason, also because we really want it.

I also have an age difference of almost three years. It took a bit of getting used to for my oldest, but now they two are getting along great. The first few weeks must have been a bit of an adjustment for you as a mom, I totally get that. Don't panic, you'll see that it'll all work out. Good luck with the preparations.
