Positive ovulation test

Hi, I just took a positive ovulation test and I'm already 6 days late. Should I buy a pregnancy test or is this a false alarm??

    Hi, unfortunately this isn't a positive ovulation test.. the T line is lighter than the C.
    I'd take a pregnancy test if I were you
