21-day cycle is tricky

Phew.. that's indeed tough. I think the only solution is to just wait it out. My ovulation was on the 19th and I'm now 3 days before my expected period (cycle of 26/27 days). I just tested (see other topic) very faint positive, but well, my period still has to come so the chance that it's not going to work out is quite big. If you tested positive yesterday that's only 8 days after your ovulation. In short, a lot can still happen.. I'm going to wait myself, and I'd advise you to just wait too.. test again on Tuesday morning for example and see what comes out. As difficult as it is, only time will tell.

6 days before your period is very early. I'd wait about a week or so before testing. Otherwise, you'll just disappoint yourself.

I don’t know exactly when my O is, also because my period never comes 14 days after my ovulation, due to the 21-day cycle.

Yesterday I got this test result. And tested again this morning, no line to be seen.
    I’m completely confused…

Maybe you didn't know your ovulation this month, but when was it in your other 21-day cycles? Was it on day 10? Then you can just assume that for now, for simplicity. And for simplicity, you can also assume your expected period (NOD) is on day 21.

But... many women are pregnant for a very short time. That means... the sperm and egg meet briefly and then it doesn't work out. That chance is quite big. If you don't test early, but only a few days after your expected period, you won't know, because your period will just come. Sometimes a day earlier or later... but that's it. So testing too early can be very confusing. That's why they generally advise testing only after your expected period. The chance of it failing is really huge otherwise, and knowing that so early doesn't help you much anyway.

Good luck with being patient... because that's so hard!! And if needed, with your short cycle you could also make an appointment with your GP or a midwife. They can think along with you about whether your short cycle hinders pregnancy... and what you can do about it. Hugs!!
