Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests

Hi moms and moms-to-be!
I should get my period this coming Thursday, and I lost a bit of light pink blood on Thursday and Friday. After that, I've been having sharp twinges in my lower belly, lower back pain, headaches, and a lot of heartburn.
This morning I suddenly tested POSITIVE (though very faint)
Naturally super happy.. but an hour later I started bleeding (light pink and quite a lot). Could implantation still be ongoing? Or should I speak of a biochemical pregnancy/miscarriage? I'm going to test again tomorrow, and once more on Thursday..

Hi,
There’s really not much more sensible to say here. You tested too early. Taking more tests right now doesn’t make much sense since it’s so early and everything could still go either way.
Blood isn’t always a bad sign. Cramps aren’t either.
Try to distract yourself and wait until Thursday to see what happens by then.
