To the experienced testers here;
The last test was from today.
In 2 days is my expected period.
I don't understand the varying results of the tests.
Clearblue shows positive for 2 consecutive days.
Store-brand tests show negative (in between).
Anyone has experience with this?

    Hey mopje. I don't have any personal experience with this, but it's quite possible that the Clearblue tests pick up hCG a little bit faster. I know it's tough, but I'd wait until your period is due or even a day after, and then test again.

    I'd say positive! Clearblue tests are probably more sensitive.. Try the Kruidvat tests, 2 for 5 euros

    Hi girl,
    The lines on the Clearblue look like evaporation lines. With my positive Clearblue test, you could really see a thick line that made a nice cross (see photo). The Predictor, especially the early one, is very sensitive and should show a line if the Clearblue is positive.
    I'm rooting for you, girl! I'd test again tomorrow with a Predictor!

    Thanks for your replies!
    I'll wait until after my NOD before testing again.
    In the photo it does look like a faint line, but in real life the line is a bit more visible... though still very light.
    I often see unclear posts about testing, so I'm happy to share my experience to give other ladies a bit more info.
    Anyway, I'll wait until Sunday to test again. I'll keep you posted

    In the meantime, it's been 2 days past my due date.
    Tested negative yesterday and today with a Kruidvat 2v5. Both negative.
    So a Clearblue with the 'plus' can really show a false positive On the photo, it looks like pen strokes (and that line is also much sharper, by the way) but still, they also bled out a bit into a wider line.
    Anyway, learned something new. And got some extra info for someone with a similar experience.
