What should I do now?

5/07 I had my last period. 21/07 mild abdominal cramps and lower back pain.. in my opinion (ovulation) I didn't do any ovulation tests.. up until now still no period and pregnancy tests negative..
Now since today again lower abdominal pain and cramps..?

    How long have you been off the pill/contraception?

    When did you get your last corona vaccine?

    Stopped the pill in June
    Got the Corona vaccine in February

    Then I suspect it's because of recently stopping contraception.
