Nice chat
Has anyone here had experience with it?
Hi everyone!
I’ve got a question.
A month and a half ago, I had my IUD removed. The gynecologist said I should wait for one period to come through, and then we could start trying. So, that’s exactly what we did. We’ve been keeping track of everything very meticulously, and since I usually have a pretty regular cycle, it wasn’t too hard to figure out when my chances were highest.
A week before my expected period, I started feeling nauseous, bloated, and had sore breasts. My areolas got darker and just plain painful.
So, I thought, I’ll book an appointment for a blood test. I had the test done the day before my expected period, and I already had the results that same evening—it was negative.
Sad, but alas.
In the meantime, I’m a week late, and I’m still having the same symptoms... which feels very weird and new. But every test we take is negative...
Has anyone here experienced this? Could I actually be pregnant, but it’s just not showing yet? Or could it be due to my body adjusting after the IUD removal?
Cheers!
