Looking for names with a C and D

Silke en ThijsGuest ·
Good morning,

We are the proud parents of Aster (3 years old) and Bram (2 years old).
Currently, I am 20 weeks pregnant with twins.
Fortunately, we still have a little time to find THE names.
Aster's full name is Aster Amélie Anna, and Bram's is Bram Benjamin Boaz.
We'd love to continue with the same style we have now.
So we are looking for heaps of names starting with C and D.

The style doesn't really matter that much; we like a lot of different styles.
We preferably want a short first name, max 5 letters.
For a girl, we think Charlotte and Céline are very pretty, but not as a first name.
For a boy, we are fans of Collin and Daniël, but the same applies there.
Dex is quite high up for a boy so far.

Maybe you have some names we haven't thought of yet.

Thanks in advance,
Kind regards from Silke and Thijs

I don't think your options really fit Aster and Bram. I'd go for a name that sounds Dutch. Here are some options (not Dutch either):

Dila Dille Doris Deena Dana Dina Diede Danique Daniek Dorothee Doortje Donna Daantje Dominique

@Melissa, Chris, Cas, Dani, Cato, Cleo, and Daphne are definitely on the list.
@Debbie, I like Casimir as a possible second name, and Caro is nice too.
@Anouk, the options mentioned above are already on the list. Also, Carice, Celeste, Chloe, Dana, Donna, Casper, Coen, Dante, Dex, and Dexter are on the list.
@Lou, we also want a Dutch-sounding name as a first name. The names from our opening post are mostly on our list as second/third names. Cato is quite high on our list. We also think Claire is beautiful.
@Mommie5, thanks for thinking along. We like Chloe and Claire.
@Ash, thanks. There are a lot of nice names on that list that are now on ours. Especially David is very nice. Do you think Dani fits a girl better than a boy? We're hesitating.

Thanks everyone, we've gotten a ton of nice options added.
What our options are so far:
    Boy/boy:
Chris and Dex / Coen and Dex / Chris and Dante
    Boy/girl:
Chris and Dana / Cas and Dané / Coen and Donna
    Girl/boy:
Chloe and Dex / Cato and Dex / Cato and David
    Girl/girl:
Cato and Donna / Carice and Daphne / Cato and Dani

Which do you think looks the best? Phew, it's so hard again.
  9. Lou Guest #10

I think Dorus and Dilano are really nice names for a boy. For a girl, I think Cleo is very beautiful. I also like Chloé.
  10. Anouk Guest #11

    What a puzzle!
Of your options, I find the following the most beautiful:
Chris and Dex, Cas and Dané, Cato and Dex, Cato and Donna
I personally think Dani is nicer for a boy, but that's just my personal opinion.

    Cas & Dané
    Cato & David
Cato & Dani (I actually find Dani quite feminine because of the a-i combination)
    Nice names like that

Cato Charlotte Carice and Dex Daniël David

    Kind regards,
Thijs, Silke, Aster, Bram, Cato and Dex
