Hi everyone,
I'm trying to post a message for the first time. I'll see how I can sign up etc. later.
In March, I had a miscarriage and since then my cycle has been all over the place. After 57 days, I got my first period and after 50 days, the second one came. Now I'm a bit worried that I might not be ovulating, so this month I started tracking my temperature for the first time. I'm on day 18 now and don't see a clear rise yet. What do you think it looks like? Is there still a chance it'll happen? From day 7 onwards, I started taking my temperature right out of bed. Before that, I'd get out of bed first and do it in the bathroom. So before day 7 isn't very reliable. I'm curious, it can feel so uncertain sometimes.

    Welcome!
If you're starting with temperature tracking, it's handy to do that for 2 or 3 cycles first. Then you'll naturally see which pattern fits you.
And after a miscarriage... everything can be thrown off. Especially if you say your cycle suddenly became incredibly long. Your body is now recovering and taking its time.
I would... give yourself the rest to track temperatures for the next 3 cycles. Then you'll know where your peak will be. At the same time, your body will have the rest it needs to recover during this period. Hopefully, your cycle will become shorter again soon.
Good luck... especially after a miscarriage, it can be quite difficult to have patience with your body. I was certainly always very impatient.
