How long does a sperm cell survive in a woman? On most sites I see 24 to 72 hours, but on some I come across 6 to 10 days. I had sex with my partner 11 days before ovulation because he had to go abroad for work and this wouldn't happen again. Is there a chance I'm pregnant?

The chance is pretty small, but if you ovulated earlier than expected, it could totally work out. I’d suggest testing from when it’s possible
