Very little brown discharge on Nod

Hi,
Yesterday was my due date. Very late in the evening/night (Saturday into Sunday), I noticed a little pink spotting when wiping after using the toilet. It seems too little for a period, since I barely need a panty liner that lasts all day. Normally, my flow is much heavier with bright red blood from the first day. Today (Sunday) it's very minimal brown discharge. Old blood, I guess.
Are there any women with a similar experience who turned out to be pregnant?
During my first pregnancy with my son, I had regular "bleedings" like this throughout my pregnancy.
It's making me really unsure if everything is working properly in my body.
