Hi everyone,
How many weeks did it take for your periods to return? I just had a natural miscarriage at 4 weeks. I always had a regular cycle of 28-30 days, and now I've been waiting for 3 days for something to happen, but nothing yet... Maybe my body is out of balance or is it normal?

I also had a miscarriage last month at 4 weeks. Every body is different, I went back to my normal cycle right away, but didn't bleed much either, about 3-4 days. Took ovulation tests every day to keep an eye on my body, and now I have a positive test again, hopefully everything stays good now! -

I haven't done any ovulation tests yet, so I don't know... but I'm already 3 days past my usual cycle date... I don't want to take a test and get disappointed again...
