    The name itself is just a matter of taste. In terms of spelling, I think Siep is the most beautiful. As a teacher too, haha... you just write it the way kids learn it.

    Syb: I think it's the prettiest.
    Sieb: Also nice.
    Siep: I think that's a cat name. It immediately made me think of Jip and Janneke.

    I think it sounds like a nice name. Siep looks a bit childish to me, even though it can also be a grown-up name. Syb is a beautiful option. Fries, the original spelling. I'd go for that.
