Has anyone got an answer?

Hi everyone, just a quick question: a sperm can survive in the female body for 72 hours, but what if it's still in your body but already 'dead'? Can it become active again thanks to a new sperm from someone else? Like, it 'comes back to life' and then fertilizes your egg.
