For the past 4 days I've been feeling light cramps/stabbing pains in my lower abdomen, on both the left and right sides. Since the day before yesterday and today, I've also been feeling like my period is about to start. I'm also experiencing brown discharge/blood.
This started 5 days before my actual period, and I'm always very regular. My cycle is 28 days.
I'm so afraid of having false hope again, while I've been trying so hard not to focus on my desire for a child. This month I've been really good at that, hamdoullilah. And now suddenly this. I've never had this before. Usually, it's just disappointment when my period starts.
Has anyone had similar experiences?

Exciting!
I also had 2 episodes of brown discharge a few days before my due date (and never in between before), which turned out to be implantation bleeding! So who knows!
