Positive test?

As you can see in the photo, I did a test with Telano. This is the test from yesterday and it looked the same as before. I saw a discoloration within 5 minutes that looks like a second line. I don't know how to interpret it because I mainly see the edges of that line clearly and lightly colored, so is it positive? Because an evaporation line only appears after the specified time limit and isn't gray or blue. This is also an early pregnancy test. What do you all think?
