Hi,
The question says it all: 'Is Uria a boy's name or a girl's name?'
In the Bible, it appears twice as a boy's name. In a name book by Deltas, it's listed as a boy's name. But I've also seen it given to girls.
What do you all think?

Phonetically, I find it a girl's name. For a boy, I'd think more of Urian or Urius, Ure.... -

Our girl is also getting a biblical name (Delaya), even though it originally is a boy's name in Hebrew..
Uria is a boy's name (widely used among Jews), but I find many biblical names sound more like girl names,
no one cares about that though..
