Heavy bleeding after ovulation

Hi hi,
Since the end of January, I've stopped taking the pill. I got a withdrawal bleed and then a period 28 days later.
I've been using ovulation tests since February, but I've never seen a dark line. Just light lines and semi-dark ones. The annoying part is that besides my period, I'm also losing a lot of blood every day. Bright red.
The bleeding starts right after or sometimes during my fertile days.
Super annoying. It sometimes stops a day or two after my period.
Who else has experienced this and when did it stop?

You should really go see your GP, as that's not okay. Ask for a referral to a gynecologist. -

Thanks for your reply.
I already reached out to the doctor, but they basically brushed it off by saying it’s normal for your cycle to be messed up.
But I still don’t feel right about it. I’ll go ahead and make an appointment anyway.
