One Clear Blue flashes, the other shows an empty circle.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been doing ovulation tests for the past 2 months and my ovulation was exactly 4 weeks apart (pink Clear Blue). So this month I started testing again at exactly the same time:

Wednesday; Kruidvat negative
Thursday: Kruidvat negative
Friday; Kruidvat negative
Saturday; flashing smiley purple Clear Blue
Sunday; flashing smiley purple Clear Blue
Monday; flashing smiley purple Clear Blue
Tuesday; flashing smiley on purple Clear Blue, empty circle on pink Clear Blue
Wednesday; flashing smiley on purple Clear Blue, empty circle on pink Clear Blue

It’s quite confusing because I’m not getting any clear answers. I’ve always had a very regular cycle and should be getting my period in about a week, so my ovulation should have already happened in the past few days, but I couldn’t detect it with the test (only increased fertility for 5 days).

Does anyone have experience with this? Could this mean I’m already pregnant or maybe my ovulation was too early or could still come late?

    @emma, the purple CB also indicates that you're almost there with a winking smiley. The pink CB only shows your peak with a steady smiley, so when you're almost there, it doesn't show anything yet

    But isn't it strange that I'm more than a week later with my ovulation than in other months?

    @Emma, are you normally pretty regular? Did you start testing too late? I had one cycle where I didn't ovulate. I'd keep testing with the purple CB
