Should I go test or not?

Hi!
My name is Laura and I'm new to this forum. I've read so many posts here for advice, so I thought, why not ask for some advice myself! My partner and I have been trying for a baby for a while now. Last year, I was diagnosed with PCOS, and we started our treatment journey last month. I took Letrozol 2.5 mg for the first time, and luckily it worked (we're very grateful for that!), and I ovulated on day 15. Because of that, I probably got a bit too excited and hoped it would be a success right away... Since yesterday, I've had a bit of brown, mucus-like discharge, and today it's turned slightly pinkish. I'm afraid my period is coming tomorrow (which would be my first NO period).. Has anyone had the same symptoms and still ended up pregnant, or should I just accept that it didn't work out this time?
