Crampy stomach ache at 7 dpo

Good afternoon, I'm new here so I still have to learn the ropes, but because I'm going crazy from "certain symptoms" I'm asking here. I still have a desire for children for the future, but right now we're not really trying yet.
It started at 2 dpo:
Dreams, really very crazy, weird and scary dreams. These dreams lasted for 3 nights. At dpo 3 I also got huge stomach cramps during the day, and on dpo 3 itself I also had diarrhea. The diarrhea only lasted 1 day with really intense cramps, and my stomach is still feeling wobbly 4 days later. Today (7 dpo) I suddenly felt a sort of round ligament pain on both sides lower down in my abdomen when standing up and sitting down, lifting, etc. The feeling of round ligament pain and these dreams are familiar to me from my previous pregnancies, but with my body there's never been a reliable sign.
Are there more ladies here with similar symptoms (around the same dpo) or ladies who had these symptoms and turned out to be pregnant?
