What do you think of the little pill Navalit?

I got some pills a few weeks ago because I was so nauseous. Now my box is empty and everything I take comes back up sometimes all day long or sometimes 1 or 2 times a day. I went to the doctor yesterday because I'm still nauseous, and when I asked if it could harm the baby, he said if you need to take them, you can't do anything else, otherwise don't take them. Now I don't dare to buy the next box because I don't want anything bad to happen to my little baby. Who has had to take those pills? And how was your experience with them? I've been nauseous every day since my 6th week and I'm now 10+5 weeks pregnant.

It's perfectly safe, really! I'm now 33 weeks along and still taking Navalit daily
completely safe according to my OB-GYN and GP.
I did taper off around 26 weeks, going from 4 per day to 1 per day.
Several of my friends have taken it throughout their entire pregnancy without any issues.
