Pregnant after miscarriage?

Hi! Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage on March 15th at 7 weeks. We decided to try again right away. On the day of the miscarriage, I took a test and the line was already very faint. A week after the bleeding started, I took another test and it was negative. I was supposed to get my period last Wednesday (I know my cycle can be unpredictable). But I had been feeling nauseous in the mornings for a few days in a row, and my nipples were very sensitive. So last Friday, I took a test and saw a positive line—it wasn't super dark, but it was definitely there! I was really doubting it, so I took another test yesterday, and the line was much darker and more visible! I also took a digital Clearblue, and it said pregnant 1-2 weeks.
Now my question is: is this possible so soon after a miscarriage??
