Baby wish

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and will introduce myself briefly. I'm a 22-year-old woman and have been with my boyfriend for 6 years. We've been trying for our first baby for about a year now. I was on the pill for quite a while. I stopped taking it 1 year and 3 months ago. I also had an irregular cycle, so I went to see my GP. The doctor prescribed me a course of Primolut, which helped quite a bit. I've also been using ovulation tests, and they were positive this cycle too. Today is my expected period, but I really don't have any symptoms at all. Normally, I'd start getting some discharge 2-3 days before my period because I'm about to get my period, but this time there's nothing. But I also don't feel pregnant. No nausea, no stomach pain/cramps. To avoid disappointment, I want to wait a bit before testing. What do you think? Could it still be possible, even though I don't have any pregnancy symptoms?
Exciting...
