Not March 21

In December 2020 I stopped the pill. On January 13th I got a short period, 2.5 days. After that no more periods. On March 16th and 17th I had a clearblue smiley. Had sex on 16/17.
I have a daughter of 3.5. It took a year before my cycle became regular. 34 days.
Now I haven't had a period for 68 days but I noticed some things that made me think I had ovulated on March 16th and 17th and the smiley confirmed that.
I am now 11dpo. Last weekend I woke up at night with stabbing pains in my ovaries. A few days of nausea, stomach ache. Now no pain anywhere except a little fluttering feeling in my lower belly. With my daughter I only noticed the pregnancy later through a test because I thought my cycle was just longer again so I had no early symptoms.
My temp has been 37.0 for days with waking up. Is this a good sign or does it mean nothing?
Waiting is long. ???? I tested today, not with morning urine, because I was so curious but it was negative..
