I think Lova is a bit less appealing. How about Lieve or Liva? -

I like both of them, I could choose either. But since I know the song 'Mr Lova' by Yung Felix, I've kind of lost my liking for this name. So I'd go for Neva. Nice name, chic but not too fancy. Smooth, simple, but original. -
