Ovulation soon, gynecologist

Hi! I'm currently going through fertility treatments. So far, it's just been tests. The gynecologist measured an egg yesterday that was 16 by 18.7 mm. She said I'd probably ovulate on Sunday, and instructed me to have sex on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. She said Friday wasn't necessary. I've done an ovulation test and there's only a very faint line. I'm worried that I might have already ovulated. Is that possible?

    Usually, your egg releases between 20 and 25. With me, an egg was measured at over 20, and my ovulation test peak was only 2 days later, so I think you might need to wait a bit longer? But having sex certainly can't hurt in the coming days!
