LH peak and ovulation

Hi!
Does anyone know the answer to this?
Can you have an LH peak after ovulation? I’ve been tracking my LH peak for two days now, and today it’s disappeared. Does that mean my ovulation happened when the peak disappeared?

Best wishes!

Normally you have a peak and 24 to 48 hours later the egg pops. But I always have a peak day when my egg pops. (I feel it intensely)

But your egg can still jump while you're still at your peak?

Were the lines exactly the same darkness, or was the line on the second day darker? That’s what I had. And my real LH peak was on day 2.

Yes, it could be mine. It always shows up on day 2 of a positive ovulation test, sometimes even on the same day.

I've attached a photo of my temperature. Should I still expect ovulation, or do you think I've already ovulated based on the temperature? Unfortunately, I couldn't rotate the photo, sorry!

I often get a positive ovulation test for 2 days, then my egg releases the next day, and only then do I get a temperature rise 2 days later. My temperature before ovulation fluctuates between the same values as yours, between 36.4 and 36.8. After ovulation, my temp is between 37.2 and 37. If it drops to 36.9, I know I'll get my period that day.

Looking at your temperature and tests, I think you ovulated on March 2 or 3, and your temperature usually rises 1 or 2 days after ovulation. Probably your temperature will be nicely high tomorrow

This morning my temperature was 37.0. So indeed it has risen. Now let's hope it stays like this. My due date is March 14, so hopefully my ovulation wasn't too late.

Interesting to see. Good that you keep track of that too. How do you determine your NOD? Do you calculate 14 days from the temperature rise or from the positive ovulation test?

Ovulation 24-48 hours after your first positive ovulation test, the next day 1dpo and then 14dpo Nod

Elvira and Liva, thanks for the info Maybe it's something for me to start with in a little while.

Maggie, you definitely have the same day today. 7 DPO, temp 36.7. Hope it goes up a bit.

Oh, how exciting. I also read that this could be an implantation dip and that the temperature will rise again soon. Have you had a higher temperature in the past few days? I think I ovulated on the evening of Tuesday, March 2nd, and since I have a long cycle, my expected period is on March 14th. My temperature has been 37.0°C for 3 days in a row now.

    Now, the next thing:
On Thursday morning, I was extremely nauseous and had lower back pain. That has been a bit less over the past few days, until today. This morning, I was extremely nauseous again. If I eat something, it goes away for a bit, but then it comes back. I also have more white discharge than usual, almost milky, but according to my calculations, my ovulation was only 5 days ago. Can that already be?

@maggie implantation is from 5dpo so it could be

That would be quick! But let's hope so. I'm already a bit hesitant anyway because I have a late ovulation (day 19) in a 30-day cycle. But hopefully, I'll have a quick implantation so it pulls right away.
The nausea is thankfully less now, but I also think my nipples are more sensitive and I just had slight twinges in my vagina. But thinking you feel something is dangerous, so I should just try to let it go.
