Hi,
I was wondering when you had your blood drawn for the NIPT test? I see on some hospital websites that it can be done from 11 weeks, but sometimes also 12.
What is the best time? And did you also find out the gender, and do you have to specify this or is it always told to you?

Hi Anke,
how far along are you?
My gynecologist decided to wait until 12 weeks to do the NIPT. First, the 12-week ultrasound, and if that looks good, then immediately the NIPT.
You can choose whether or not you want to know the gender.
Next Tuesday I’m having the 12-week ultrasound and NIPT. So exciting
