Noé, Loïs, or Mila

Good evening,

The title says it all: we're torn between three names for our daughter. Mila has been on our list for years, but it's become very popular nowadays. Loïs, pronounced "Lowis," might get confused with Lois. Noé, pronounced "No-EE," is really our favorite. I read somewhere that people might confuse it with "no way." We don't find that too bothersome, but what do you think?

    I think you've already pretty clearly listed the "downsides" for each name.
    I like all three, but I wouldn't choose Mila because of how popular it is.
    I'd probably go with Loïs.

    All three names are nice. And you can always come up with something for each name.
    There are no real big downsides to these names. I'd choose the one your heart is most drawn to.

    All three are great, but I prefer Noé. I like Mila and Loïs, but they've been around a bit too much lately.

    I really like Noé! But the other names are also great.

    Of course it's your own choice, but I could definitely help. Mila is indeed very popular right now, but if you add an H to it, so Milah, it's different (and less popular). Although I'd think carefully about it.
    Loïs is also a common name. In my daughter's class there are 2 Loïs's. I wouldn't hesitate at all about it being confused (it happens with my own name too...).
    And then Noé! A super cute name! If it's your preference, don't hesitate.

    Listen to your heart, it knows the answer!

    Do you have any more suggestions? We clearly have the same taste! Noe (sorry, I can't see the punctuation mark properly on my phone :'s) is really nice! For us, it's a no-go because our first daughter is already named Faye. I think it sounds too similar together.
    I think Loïs is amazing! Just like Louise, it's a truly beautiful name. Unfortunately, my husband doesn't like it at all.
    I'm a bit unsure about Mila myself...
